
Felipe Assadi

Felipe Assadi is architect (Finis Terrae University 1996), and Master of Architecture in the Pontificia Católica University of Chile. In 1999 he gets the Young Architects Prize of the Architecture Council of Chile, for the best architect under 35 years old of the country.
Between 2008 and 2011 he was Head of the School of Architecture of the Faculty of Architecture and Design in Andres Bello University and he has been professor in Finis Terrae Univerity, Talca University, Diego Portales University, Monterrey Superior Technologic Institute, Mexico, San Luis Potosi Autonomic University, Mexico, Pontificia Bolivariana University, Medellin, Colombia and IUAV University of Venice, Italy and Los Andes University, Colombia.
Felipe has been invited to conferences in Venezuela, Peru, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Argentina, United States, Italy and Spain. His work has been published in several countries and many renowned magazines as Wallpaper and Architectural Review in London, Arquitectura Viva and AV Monographs in Madrid, Architectural Record in NY, GA in Tokio, Domus and Casabella in Italy among others and specialized books around the world.
His work has been part in several exhibition in Barcelona, Pamplona, London, Quito, Tokio and Santiago. His projects have been developed in Chile, Mexico, Guatemala, Peru, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, united States, Ecuador and Colombia. Four monographic books of his work have already been published, one in Chile, one in Spain, one in South Korea and one in Argentina. From 2011 Felipe is the Dean of Faculty of Architecture and Design of Finis Terrae University.
