With the aim:

- Preserve the culture heritage and giving the priority to amateurs to recreate their own.
- Demonstrate an strength of culture heritage and its pluralism.
- Revive the history of the site and linking it with the site related function.
- Making the building itself a link between community and the center and make the community help each other.
