Museum of the Ancient Nile

The edifice is situated accordingly to the local topography, presenting itself as an unfoldment of the Nile and acting as a mediator between the river and the mountain. Antithetic with the rectangular planimetry, the pathway through the museum is slightly dynamic, carrying the visitor through a spiraling descent towards the depths of the Nile. From here, the visitor proceeds upwards to the middle garden - which offer a degree of retreat - and upon reaching the mountain, he attains a panoramic connection between the two banks of the Nile.
