Inspired by the Birdwatching towers, whit the purpose of being perfect points of view to the landscape, the idea of a high rise building came out.
Thanks to its height and to its floor plans’ rotation, it allows tourists to enjoy a 360° view. The reduced floor area occupation aims to damage as least sqm of rice field area as possible. The shape is a recognizable iconic landmark for whole region, being able to be seen anywhere. The shape of the plans, allows to be adaptable to needs and functions.
