LOOKING AWAY FROM THE STANDARD MODELS OF EXISTING LEISURE ON THE MEDITERRANEAN COAST, IT IS WORKING IN THE CREATION OF A PROPOSAL WITH LOW VISUAL IMPACT, WHERE THE PROJECT PROFILE BLENDS INTO THE LANDSCAPE.

“THE RIPPLE EFFECT” IT IS BASED ON THE FACT THAT A SMALL CHANGE CAN MAKE A BIG IMPACT. AS IF IT WERE RAINDROPS, THE PROJECT ACCOMMODATES AND ADAPTS TO THE ENVIRONMENT, CREATING A FIELD OF WAVES ABLE TO ADAPT IT TO DIFFERENT PLACES OF THE MEDITERRANEAN COAST.

THE INTERACTION WITH THE DIFFERENT ELEMENTS OF THE ENVIRONMENT MAKES THE PROJECT GET DIVERS FUNCTIONS: LOOKOUT, BATHING, SOLARIUM, RELAX, RESTAURANT, MOORING. IN THE OTHER HAND THE PROPOSAL HAS A BALANCE BETWEEN THE SEA, ROCKS, VIEW AND ARCHITECTURE THAT WE DO CONNECTING THEM.

WE CONSIDER A SUSTAINABLE DESIGN THINKING IN THE RENEWABLE ENERGY, ECOLOGICAL VALUE, SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS AND OTHER DIFFERENT STRATEGIES THAT IN OUR CRITERIA ARE REALLY IMPORTANT.

IT HAS HAD IN MIND A VARIABLE PROGRAM IN TIME AS WELL IN SHAPE. NOTHING REMAINS STATIC, VERSATILE ELEMENT GENERATE FACILITY TO EXTEND IT ALONG THE COAST. A LANDMARK CAPABLE TO STIMULATE THE ENVIRONMENT WITHOUT DISTURBING IT.
