The OCTOPUS CENTRAL is a new kind of multi-functional pavilion inspired in the morphology of the mollusc and taking benefit of the conceptual transposition of its mechanism.
The main objectives of the proposal are to create, in a first place, a place where every kind of activity can take place. It offers free space thanks to the use of pneumatic “hot air balloon” technology.
Secondly, is to propose a system eco-friendly that assure to leave no print on the location. With its organic and light appearance, the OCTOPUS CENTRAL can emerge
in every zone of Central Park surrounded with trees.
