La vivienda tradicional canaria se ha desarrollado entorno al patio. El vacío del patio como elemento articulador que distribuye y ordena todos los espacios que conforman el edificio. Utilizando las estructuras existentes, la propuesta trata por un lado reordenar el solar mediante el paisaje y la distribución del programa y por otro reincorporar el patio dentro de los edificios.
