The presented project is located in the tri-national border between Colombia, Peru and Brazil, with the Amazon river as a protagonist in the planning and intention of it. It has a local and a global purpose since, in a local scale, its main objective is to formalise the relations of the population that inhabit this "bio-urban" center in which nationalities and sovereignties aren't an issue in their daily life whatsoever; and in a global scale it seeks to be an international expositor of biodiversity and all the cultural richness that the Amazonia possesses.
It has the nature of a park but it presents a new way to look into landscape architecture or horizontal architecture, where vegetation and design play important roles in the creation of spaces.
And it also looks to reinforce the importance of the Amazon basin ecosystem that has been relegated by many development plans of the countries that posses this type of territory, since any action not only affects these countries but has repercussions in the whole world.
