Wadi Al Remam's area and specifically the 10 Arches bridge site and it's surroundings have a very clear existing social phenomenon. All of those were being observed and being done but in an unsafe way and without giving any attention to them and value, so the project is accommodating these actions of walking, sitting, playing and working through taking the spaces and facilitating it to make more livable especially for children, you can relate also from the variation of the existing features. In short- term stage, the project plans to in the higher lever to design " self-built activities" , to provide and give the local community and the coming users the space where I call the "spontaneous community".
Main aims:
1. Facilitating existing social behaviors
2. Accommodating the need of the people in this specific place
3. Giving attention to Amman heritage
4. Adding functions that give the space more value
Lastly, Architectural elements can shape or even influence public behavior and/or emotions, as what have been mentioned, each informal social behavior was being observed, the project accommodate a space for it. people have adopted the somewhat stereotypical "four walls and a roof" syndrome, my idea is to lend a different perspective is observed besides just being shelter for the human population. It is a society project and community oriented that is also trying to serve the surrounding area users. Giving the area importance a make the society as part of the program, they can come and utilize the space.
